With MDA Advantage, ordering your HIPs is quick and easy: just phone or email us,
or use our simple online form, and we’ll take care of the rest.
You can order a floorplan at the same time as a HIP. Or you can choose a standalone
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
You can choose whether the pack uses Personal or Official Searches, and whether
it includes additional searches or other optional components – the system handles
all kinds of HIPs.
Online ordering
If you prefer to order your HIPs outside business hours, the MDA Advantage system
offers quick and easy online ordering.
You don’t need any special software, just a web browser. There’s nothing to buy
or install upfront, nor troubleshoot. Everything is accessible through our website.
High-quality suppliers
Once you’ve completed the order, we immediately start to prepare your pack. The
components are automatically requested from a carefully selected panel of property
professionals who will carry out searches, obtain title documents and create the
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for you. With our suppliers there is no worry
about holiday cover – they are always available.
We use our significant buying power to keep supplier costs down, and pass those
savings on to you, keeping our packs affordable.
We also monitor their quality to ensure that the appropriate standards are met,
and documents are always produced and loaded into your packs as quickly as possible.
We guarantee the quality of our packs.
Of course, you can use your own suppliers if you prefer – it’s one way you can customise
the service.
Customisable to your requirements
MDA Advantage can be customised to suit your individual requirements. For example,
you can:
- Nominate your own search provider or supply documents for the pack yourself
- Add your branding to packs and the ordering website, to support your identity and
stand out from the crowd
- Choose how many printed copies of each pack you receive, if any

Fixed pricing and convenient payment methods
There’s a single fixed price for the pack, regardless of whether a property is registered
or unregistered. There is a small additional charge for leasehold properties. Optional
extras such as additional packs and additional searches incur a fee – please ask
us for details.
MDA Advantage offers a choice of convenient payment options: you or the seller can
pay by debit card, credit card or deferred payment (using the proceeds from the
sale of the property). You can additionally set up a direct debit arrangement with
us for effortless ordering. Credit cards and deferred payments incur a small handling
charge.
